Schwoob, Jacob M. (Jacob McComb), 1874-1932.

Jacob McComb Schwoob moved to Cody, Wyoming in 1898 after emigrating from Welland, Ontario. He helped establish the Cody Trading Company shortly afterwards and eventually became its owner. He served in the Wyoming Senate from 1905-1913 and was the author of the state's motor vehicle license law which has a numeral representing each county. From the description of Papers, 1904-1932.
